Hello

From a very young age, I've always known that we all have a connection to a mysterious source of life. (When I saw the original "Star Wars" movie, I just knew the Force was real!) Over five decades I explored different religious traditions, including Catholicism, Unitarian Universalism, Hinduism, and Buddhism, and I ultimately came to the conclusion that all roads lead to the same destination: home. As I continue to walk my path of self-discovery, I find that it's so much more fascinating and challenging than I ever imagined. And while there are myriad resources for spiritual seekers in the world, I believe we all must trust our own inner wisdom and follow whatever steps ring true for us on our individual paths. I'm here to offer my knowledge and experience to anyone who feels I may be able to support them. My many years of spiritual exploration and deep healing, along with my professional experience as a Massachusetts public school teacher (I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching degree) and my ongoing training with the international Center for Transformational Coaching have prepared me for this role.
